Anne Masri’s journey into culinary medicine began with her own health challenges. Determined to heal, she immersed herself in the study of nutrition and became a board-certified nutritionist and medical chef. Her expertise is backed by certifications from leading institutions, and her passion is driven by a belief in the transformative power of food as medicine.

Through her private practice, Anne recognized a critical gap in healthcare: while physicians provided diagnoses and recommendations, many patients struggled to implement these changes at home.

To bridge this divide, she began creating personalized meals tailored to each individual’s unique needs, helping them turn medical guidance into manageable, nourishing routines. Her vision led to the creation of MediChefs—a platform dedicated to expanding access to medical chefs and empowering communities to embrace health through personalized nutrition.
